Informational Meeting for Businesses Please be aware of the public meetings pertaining to the road construction project on Hwy 16 from Country KE to Capitol Drive involving repaving, lane closures, and ramp closures. The Village of Hartland will host 5 public information meetings for business that will be affected by the project. The WIS DOT will start the construction Aug 31, 2010 and finish by Oct 29, 2010. Eight ramp exits will be included in the project, and the ramp closures will be conducted at night with a 3 day notice of the closing posted on the DOT website.
Public Informational Meetings will be held at Hartland Village Hall, 210 Cottonwood Avenue on: Monday, August 30 at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 15 at 8:00 AM Friday, September 27 at 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 13 at 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 27 at 8:00 AM
These meetings are intended to inform local officials and businesses of upcoming work and any lane restrictions or closures along the project. Representatives from Payne & Dolan, Inc. and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation will be available to answer your questions.
